You know, I'm not sure anymore if my deciding to put Storage Wars in this story wasn't due to my subconscious remembering some mention of a Mozzie/Storage Wars reference in the upcoming season, or if it preceded that. :-) Mainly I wasn't finding myself able to work "unusual hobby" into the story (which was another one of the prompts), but "unexpected TV watching habit" just fit with the rest of what I was doing and I settled on Storage Wars as the show.
Thanks so much for your feedback! This is my first actual OT3 (I've written a bit of pre-OT3), and probably the most I've edged past gen in my writing, so I'm very pleased that it worked for you.
