Well, I *am* a "doctor" (of philosophy), and ever since I discovered this odd thing called fandom (back in the heyday of "Highlander, the Series"), I don't think there was any turning back. Other random information about me: I have a black belt in a traditional Japanese style of karate, a PhD (I'm a biologist), and a very handsome grey cat. I was once a band geek (flute and piccolo), and later my friends'"jock friend" (feel free to ask), and perhaps someday I will own a big black dog who shall be named Padfoot. Or more likely, given my hectic schedule and lack of a yard, a pair of cats named Curry and Heyes.
