I loved this! I wish the show had gone in this direction: letting the two men come to know each other before Peter had enough evidence to arrest Neal.

I love the way Neal stays with injured!Peter, even when it endangered him. I love the way Peter tried to tell Neal how this would end. And the arrest itself was brilliantly anticlimatic--exactly as it should be.
